I purchased a $50.00 copy of SQL Server 2000 Developer Edition for our developers group and was just informed that it is going on a 2 processor server. I looked at the EUlA and licensing info on Microsoft's website but am still unclear of whether or not one copy will cover both processors in a developer environment. Does anyone know if I need to buy another.
Thanks

Did you look at the License.txt file on your CD?

As long as you don't use for production, It doesn't matter how many CPUs you have.
