I would like to know the best way to make a copy of a database diagram so I can place it into a word Document. I don't want to give users access to the Diagram but I would like to show them the table layout. Is there a tool to do this? Help!

I have never found a way to export the diagram directly from SQL Server but I have used Microsoft Visio to reverse engineer the database and it makes a great "diagram" that is transportable to Word, Web, etc.
Hope this helps.

You're not the only one who is disappointed with the Diagram Tool in EM!!! Visio is great, but actually a really quick and dirty export from the Diagram (for a read-only version, which sounds like what you want) is hit Ctrl-Print Screen when in the Diagram screen, open up paint, Ctrl-V, cut out the diagram portion with the Slice tool, then paste directly into Word with Ctrl-V. Works great and only takes a few seconds. Plus, when in Word, you can resize the image proportionally with the mouse over the corners...
