We are thinking of putting together some database administration standards. Of course as soon as you have standards you need to make sure all objects follow the standards right? Well I'm wondering if anyone knows of some good software that can be used to audit your database and report on objects that don't met your standards.

None I'm aware of. Since everyone's standards will deviate, this is probably something that would be custom, though a framework would be nice.
You can check at http://www.ssw.com.au/ssw/default.aspx, I know they have some auditing software for code. Not sure it will do what you want.

Thanks for the reply. Already knew about the SQLAuditor tool. Was hoping to see if there might be others out there on the market. Does anyone else have a need for this kind of thing? Gee if so, maybe someone could right a flexible tool, and make a few bucks.
