Can't open links to external articles

Hi there,
I guess I'm not the only one sitting behind a firewall.
I am not able to visit http://www.sqlservercentral.com/articles/articlesexternal.asp?articleid=1174 , because our content management system blocks this.
Anyone else in the same situation?

Our firewalls aren't THAT picky. I don't have any problem with the links.

Our firewall is really picky. See for my job I need to do research on investments over the internet. Guess what happens when I try to open a link like
http://....technicalanalysis.....

If you go through a secure (https) proxy I dont think it does.
