Sending Mails thru non-Exchange Mail Servers???

    Hi All,

    I have few SQL Server 6.5 Servers and SQL Server 7.0 Servers. I wanted to setup automated jobs which will monitor the Jobs and send the alerts for Success and Failure, instead of me checking the jobs on each Server. Now the problem I am having is, there are no Exchange Servers in my company network domain.

    Has anyone know any method for getting alert mails from SQL Servers (6.5 and 7.0) otherthan having Exchange Server setup?!?!

    Please Help!!!!

    Try SQLInternet.zip from http://www.spudsoft.demon.co.uk/code/. I used it in SQL SErver 6.5/7.0 before.
