Hello,
I created a 'restore' DB (FOR LOAD) so I can test my backup. It was created on the same (and only) production server.
This DB I created has another name than the original, but the same size for devices (Data and log separated).
What happens is that after creation Enterprise manager shows the DB in gray and shows 'loading' for the legend.
After waiting a while I restored on it and SQLServer said restoration went Ok. This Db has also the same used space within the device than the original.
What does this loading legend mean ?
I can't find this information on the manual or on help on line.
Did I forget something?
Thank you,

It happends sometimes that a database get stuck in "loading" state when you create it or restore it. Just remove it with sp_dbremove or restore over it as you did.
