I've had this error message on my screen for a long time now.  I saw

this one when I was debugging a SQL Server Agent issue. I'm sorry for the poor

quality of the image now.  It's a really old screenshot and I don't have

the original.

In case you can't read it, the error message states:

The SQLServerAgent service depends on the MSSQLServer service, which has

failed due to the following error.

The operation completed successfully.
