  Hi All,

  I have plan to upgrade SSIS and SSRS from SQL Server 2016, but do not have idea for the target version.

  Which target version should I choice, is SQL 2019 or SQL 2022? And please provide some considerations from different perspectives, for example in terms of complexity, effort, etc., between upgrading to SQL2019 and to SQL 2022.
