I have installed SQL Server Reporting Services 2019 on my Windows 10 machine, and I have configured it to run in native mode. I can access the web portal and create and view reports, but I have noticed that some of the menu options are missing or disabled. For example, I don't see the option to create a KPI, a mobile report, or a paginated report. I also don't see the option to upload a file or a folder. In the site settings, I only see the general, security, and schedule tabs, but not the branding, encryption keys, or scale-out deployment tabs. I have attached some screenshots of the web portal and the site settings.
I have checked the documentation and I have found that some of these features are only available in the Enterprise edition of SSRS, or require additional permissions or roles. However, I have the Enterprise edition installed, and I have the System Administrator and Content Manager roles assigned to my account. I have also tried to run the browser as an administrator, but that didn't make any difference.
Can anyone please help me figure out why some of the menu options are not showing or working in SSRS 2019, and how to enable them? Is there any setting or configuration that I need to change? Is there any bug or issue that I need to fix?

I don't know the solution to your problem, but I am interested to know why you would install the rather expensive Enterprise edition on your own PC rather than the free Developer edition.
