All,
Getting this error:
Failure sending mail: The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure.Mail will not be resent.
Not sure what this means and I need to send to administrator team (3rd party) so they can correct.

Is this something which used to work and has started failing, or has it never worked?

It worked and then stopped

It is possible that your e-mail provider has started enforcing TLS 1.2 for e-mail traffic and that this has caused the issue.

The solution could be to get a different valid/trusted certificate for the SMTP service on the server. I hope this helps.
