Move TB's of data from one tenant to other / one subsripton to other- Options?

  Gurus,

   

  The requirement is to move 8 TB of data ( 2 Databases 5 TB + 3 TB) from one subscription to other in Azure MI Business critical.

  Can it be done with minimal downtime by backingup to BLOB, restore with no recovery and then applying Tlog backups?

  Then we need to move it from one Tenant to other with minimal downtime,how to do that?
