Error message in launching web service url in sql report server

  I am getting the following error when I launch web service url in sql report server:

   

  This page isn’t working

  laptop-......id is currently unable to handle this request.

  HTTP ERROR 500.

  I have reloaded the page but the problem persists. Please help.

  http 500 = internal server error

  Check the report server configuration, is there an url configured?

  Check the various logs for clues
