We keep getting these errors quite frequently. How do we troubleshoot and fix these errors ?
Are they benign in nature or need to be fixed.
Please advise.

Can you elaborate about your instance ? OS / SQLversion & cu
Are you monitoring I/O performance ?
Can you post the full details of the errors you get ?

Yeah, a lot more data is needed here. What command were you running? Which version of SQL Server? I do not recognize this message, so I'm unsure what to do.
Based on a search of the internet, suggestions may be that it's the SSMS GUI Table Designer causing problems. If you need to adjust tables, try writing your own T-SQL instead of using the GUI.

They show up in the error log.
There is not a lot in the internet on this.
Does this have anything to do with In memory tables?

Please post details of the versions, code if any, and the error log portions. You're assuming we know what "they" or "these errors" are.
