Execute job step different domain account

    I have a  SQL job on DomainA, i would like the job step to run under DomainB account , pull the file from DomainB server and restore on DomainA server. Is that possible?

    Hi,
    with which accounts do you start your sql server services?

    If you run a job via GUI, the job is started with your credentials.
    If you run a job with a scheduler, the job is startet with the credentials, who startet the job, the SQL Server Agent .

    What you discribe is possible, but difficult to understand. Could you explain it with more details?
