Send user security setting modified alert email

  We have few DBAs with different location and shifting, some creates new users, modify permissions, etc. We want to notify any such thing automatically send email to all concerned to know there is such activity happend by some Admin. How to implement this using SQL Server 2012/2016?

  Have you looked into Server and database triggers? That'll be a place to start.

  Following help worked but I still need more activity alerts, like someone granted sysadmin rights, granted db_owner on a database etc.:
