Step functions trigger rule

Been searching online but I cannot seem to find the answer. Is it possible to run the downstream task if and only if the upstream task failed? Something similar to a trigger rule in airflow.

Duplicate posts from only 2 days ago are probably not spam. Lot's of people post to multiple sites. This also doesn't seem (yet) to have the usual qualities of the ol' "Ask a question then post a spam answer". Of course, I've also been wrong before. 😀
