In above screenshot can anyone tell me how can I enter value of "Files" field as expression?

In the left pane - select Expressions. Find the one for Files - and setup the expression.

I think you need the expressions ellipsis in the For Each Loop Editor under the Enumerator.
Choose the FileSpec property and set it to a variable or expression.
