error during backup veem

    Hello everyone

    I have a pb to snapshot the VM that contains two instances sql server

    I have an error during the rescue operation see the screen prints


    Who has an idea about the root cause of this error ?

    Hi,
    please show us the ERRORLOG from the sql server.
    Sometimes VEEAM snapshots create some frozen messages in the SQL ERRORLOG.
    Maybe this could be the rout cause of your problem

    In ERRORLOG 
    I have this message
    Error: 18210, Severity: 16, State: 1.
    BackupIoRequest::ReportIoError: write failure on backup device '{4657822D-4142-4418-B387-C174694D4701}54'. Operating system error 995(The I/O operation has been aborted because of either a thread exit or an application request.)..
    BACKUP failed to complete the command BACKUP DATABASE ARMATISNORDPRHDAS13. Check the backup application log for detailed messages.
