I have SQL 2014 on two Windows 2012 R2 Servers using Clustering. all working ok.
I have a web site and someone added garbage on my records.
Select Songs you Wish to Add to Your Playlist then click on Submit button

As you can see the ads added to the records.
From the database I expanded tables and reviewed the dbo,recordings went thu the record and did not find any thing displayed I did a search and it pointed to a record but the record looks good.
In the past I run this command to clear them all
updatedbo.recordings set RecordingTitle = left(RecordingTitle, CHARINDEX('<',RecordingTitle)-1)
WHERECHARINDEX('<', RecordingTitle ) > 0
how do I clean this up

Maybe it is not your database but your web/app frontend that got hacked?
Your website might execute an addional javascript to provide the tampered content or reroute requests?

I have reviewed all my code on the site do not see any additional code that would do this.

It is in the database I am sure of that but can not find the records.

Has to be a way to dump the records ?????
