Alert job is failing in primary server which is configured in log shipping getting
Executed as user: NT SERVICE\SQLSERVERAGENT. The log shipping primary database DTE has backup threshold of 45 minutes and has not performed a backup log operation for 7119 minutes. Check agent log and logshipping monitor information. [SQLSTATE 42000] (Error 14420). NOTE: The step was retried the requested number of times (3) without succeeding. The step failed.
How to slove the issue ?

Examine whether the data and time of both primary and secondary servers are identical or not.
Examine whether the monitor server is offline or not.
Check that the authentication status between monitor server and primary server is complete.
