I use SQLserver 2016 , when I run the report from Oracle , it use SQL server reporting service , it pops the below error when run the report , would advise what is wrong , how to fix it ? thanks for help.
"An error has occurred during report processing. (rsProcessingAborted)
An attempt has been made to use a data extension 'ORACLE' that is either not registered for this report server or is not supported in this edition of Reporting Services. (rsDataExtensionNotFound)"

Hmm, that's that idea out the window then. I was expecting you to say Express, which only supports data sources to the localhost; trying to connect an Oracle Instance on SSRS on SQL Server Express with Advanced Services would likely yield the above error. I think 2016 Standard supports Oracle data sources though.
