SQL Latest Cumulative Update

  Preparing for our monthly maintenance, I always use THIS MS SITE to check for the latest update. I see that the latest cumulative update for 2019 shows CU16 + GDR is available. Typically, this just shows CU16 because there is a separate column for GDRs. Any idea why?

  

   

  Adding that I have downloaded CU16 last April under KB5011644.
