I noticed performance impact after downgrade (Enterprise was removed and Standard was installed).
Generally during day, wait stats are similar, but check db slowed down terribly. From 30 min to 3 hours.
The backup time is the same. Any ideas?

You downgraded from Enterprise (which has a lot of performance features over the other editions) to Standard. You should expect that things are slower.
The one that's probably biting you is the "Parallel consistency check", which only Enterprise edition has

Thanks for your explanation. Now I see. Before downgrade %processor time was average 65%, now is about 10%.
