AG multi-subnet setup - frequently A connection timeout has occurred

  Hi.

  Windows 2016. SQL 2016 and SP3 for both the nodes same version.  Multi subnet AG configuration.

  Frequently A connection timeout has occurred on a previously established connection to availability replica '<Node1>' with id [055D58B5-55EA-49E7-812E-3D0FFE9105DB].  Either a networking or a firewall issue exists or the availability replica has transitioned to the resolving role.

  Please guide me for resolve this issues permanently .
