There is the highest node of Home and then folders under home or any folders setup in Report Manager.
But what they said before that was to initially get into Report Manager, you need to run IE as administrator and then add your login in Site Settings. If none of this makes any sense, you probably want to start reading about Report Manager. Plenty of links to get started from this site:

Because that is the Reporting Services Configuration Manager - it's in the top left part of the screen.
If you go down four icons on the left side of that page, you will see one called Report Manager URL. That URL is where Report Manager is located.

It's permissions and/or UAC.
Right Click on IE and Run As Administrator.
Once in, you can add yourself as sysadmin by going to site settings.
If you have problems again, just use IE, right click, run as administrator.

After you log into the site, from the home page it's the link on the top right called Site Settings.

Thanks for posting back, glad you finally got it working. The UAC can be quite a pain, I'm guessing that's most of what you are hitting. Running as administrator should work and probably use IE for it as SSRS home page doesn't display too well with other browsers. I only use IE for SSRS.
