We have a SQL Server failover cluster environment and like to run performance counters to get a baseline.

Though that list is a great starting point, I'd suggest you only add counters you actually understand. Imho, there is no use collecting data if you don't know what value means you need to act, and what actions you might need to change.

Huge thumbs up for this book. Massive amount of information and teaches the troubleshooting technique perfectly...and such an easy read too. Obviously I am a massive fan, but credit where credit is due. I even wrote a brief post on it.
