Error during login process SQL Error: -2

    Hello experts,

    Every day on particular time like 7:00 pm , i will get below error when users login Application server.

    There was an error connecting to the CMS server (Server name ) <BaseACSException> Error during login process SQL Error: -2

    But in this time we dont have any jobs scheduled. after 1 hour application will connect properly without any effort.

    Could you please share any route cause for this problem...

    Check the windows events logs for errors and warnings around that time. Also look at the information messages. What is going on at the server / OS level during that time?
