Hi all, long time lurker, first time posting.
Looking for some help with an error I am seeing with our Always Encrypted with Secure Enclaves setup. In our production environment when our user load increases during the day I am seeing exceptions as follows: Failed to create enclave session as attestation server is busy.
We have a single database server configured against a HGS cluster for use of secure enclaves to query our Always Encrypted data. I have not been able to find much information about this error. It seems that the business is nothing to do with memory or CPU on either web/database/HGS servers or anything like that. I am wondering if it is a connection limit, secure enclaves does use a http/https request to attest.
Has anyone run into this or have any suggestions? I'd be happy to provide more info, but not sure what would be most relevant.
Thanks!
