Thank you Steve for the good thoughts.
The job interview I think candidates forget is a double interview. You as a candidate are interviewing the company as well and gauging its culture. And we all know a interview does give impressions but not necessarily truth. Only with time do you know if a job will work out and the same for a new employee. AND sometime hiring personnel are not forthcoming about their culture, as you may discover later. So there is always the element of risk you should be aware of.

It should be a double interview for sure. I coached my son to think this. However, that's hard to understand when you need a position and there is some concern over doing anything that might reduce your chances.
That's why I say the best time to find a job is when you have a job. You can interview the company more thoroughly.
