There are two server for SSRS.
Prod. and Dev.
Every morning the very first user who runs any report on the Dev. server, it takes a long time for the report to be generated...
But this is not the case in Prod. The very first user in the morning who runs a report does not face a delay as he/she does in Dev.
Do you know the cause of this please?
Thanks

Could be any number of reasons. Is the dev server less powerful than the production one? Are the dev server reports looking at the same database location as the production ones?
The Dev. server is NOT as powerful as prod.

Then that's most probably the issue. SSRS takes up memory for rendering reports aside from the sql server that takes the query.
Have a look at this article about configuring SSRS memory.
Without any more specifics I think your issue is with the difference between the servers. Why are users running reports on a dev server anyway?

It could also be related to caching. Maybe the production server has better caching for its reports.
Need an answer? No, you need a question
