Hi All,
While configuring cache from Report Manager url, I open the Processing option tab. While trying to set the cache expiration period to any period or even try to schedule the cache and click apply in the page, I'm redirecting to an error page that states "An error occurred within the report server database. This may be due to a connection failure, timeout or low disk condition within the database. (rsReportServerDatabaseError)"
When clicking online link, I found that
Details
ID:rsReportServerDatabaseError
Source:Microsoft.ReportingServices.Diagnostics.Utilities.ErrorStrings
Please help

Check to make sure you have adequate authority to perform the action in question.

I'm not from DBA background, so my question to you is that from where I should check it? I asked our DBA who supposedly should have access to this, and he also encountered the same error

Navigate to the folder where this report is located and click on Folder Settings>Security and find your name, or have the DBA do this if you do not have access.
Click Edit next to your name and check to see what you have for access.
