Cluster Log warning in SQL Server Always-On Fail-Over Cluster

  I have 2019 WSFC with SQL Server 2019 AlwaysOn HA. In the cluster log I constanly see the following warning.

  [API] s_ApiOpenResourceEx: Resource Scaleout Master not found, status = 5007

  It also seems to be accompanied by

  [RES] SQL Server Availability Group: [hadrag] SQL Server component 'query_processing' health state has been changed from 'clean' to 'warning' at 2021-11

  [RES] SQL Server Availability Group: [hadrag] SQL Server component 'query_processing' health state has been changed from 'warning' to 'clean' at 2021-11

  Has anyone experienced the same?
