Is this topic, releated to this topic http://www.sqlservercentral.com/Forums/Topic1419820-391-1.aspx? If so dont cross post.
15151 means login doesnt exist or you dont have permission.
Go seek permission from a higher power who has the nessesary rights to do what is needed.

Go speak to your DBA and ask him for additional permissions on this server.

actually the user (with admin privileges) is already removed from domain and machine.
the only user having sysadmin privilege is 'sa' .
i cannot find any way to add new sysadmin user?

Then going back to the first post in the other topic, start SQL in single user mode, ensure your a local admin on the windows box and add a new sysadmin user to SQL.

Or try http://www.mssqltips.com/sqlservertip/2682/recover-access-to-a-sql-server-instance/ need no instance shutdown or reset.

Will only work if System is still a SQL login with sysadmin.
