  Hi ,

  I am unable to find the SQL management studio in my server .

  how to find the clinet components are installed or not ?

  If there is any specific path to find the client tools ??

  If it is not installed then how to install only cilent components in 2005 and 2008??

  try running sqlwb.exe in run command or search in

  C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\90\Tools\Binn\VSShell\Common7\IDE

  if it is not available try installing client components from SQLserver instalation CD.
