    This is useful. We have several jobs where we want all steps to at least attempt to run, whether individual steps fail or not. Knowing which steps fail along the way without extra coding specific to the job steps would be helpful. I'll have to give this a try with a couple of those jobs to flag for failures.  Couple that with the "show more info for SSIS failures" code and it could make our alerting more relevant and speed up the troubleshooting processes.
