Contrary to what I said yesterday, on reflection these 2012 questions are quite interesting and I'm learning through them.
Just a shame my company, being a bank, is slow to upgrade and I won't see SQL2012 used in anger probably at least until 2017! :crazy:
ps. Our 2008R2 upgrade (from 2000) is only now being kicked off! Yeesh! :rolleyes:

Same here, although I have enough say in my bank to ensure we'll be using SQL Server 2012 before 2017 -- even if the users don't know it!

Parameters for SSIS is one of my main reasons that I'm pushing my company to move to 2012 asap.
