And from the same page: Off-row data is not compressed when enabling data compression, so that one is true and therefor false as an answer to this question

I think there was a typo mistake in the question and the word 'not' was missing. Option 2 was he "Compression allows more rows to be stored on a page" which is true, but in the explanation it says he "Compression does not allow more rows to be stored on a page" which is false.
