Sql Server Agent automatically shutdown within 1 second

  Hi,

  I am getting problem with my sql server agent.

  When i start....every time It automatically disabled after 1 second.

  I have attached all error details. Please find attachment.

  1. SQL Agent Error Snap shot from my screen.

  2. SQLAGENT.OUT

  3. Eventvwr

  Note: I am doing all the activity in my local system where i am administrator.

  Please help me.

  What version and SP are you running ?

  I think 2005 RTM , upgrade to the latest SP and see if the issue re-occurs.
