my admin account in AD is locked whenever i start mssql and agent service

    Hello

    I have installed sql server 2005 on the server. Everytime i start mssql and agent services, my admin account is locked in AD. Does any one know why. What should i do to solve the issue. Thank you for help

    for a service account you want the password set not to expire, has that property been set?

    Was the password changed in AD but not in SQL configuration manager

    Is any other process using the service account with the wrong password?

    has the account been left connected to a server or used to map a drive?
