SSIS package run fine in BIDS but perform weird as a job on the SSIS server.

  hi everyone,

  i have a SSIS package, load a table into a CSV file. the package runs fine in BIDS. The CSV file looks good.

  but, after I upload the package to a stand alone server, and create a job. the output CSV file looks so weird. All columns filled with string '_x003C_none_x003E_' alone with the right content.

  please help. thanks!

  dev pc is windows xp 64 bit, and the server is windows 2003 + sql 2008 sp2 (default code page, SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS).
