    Being a leader start with being you and not trying to be someone else. This comes down to confidence, Confidence is contagious in a good way. A good leader will be calm, confident , and someone others will learn to trust and others will feel free to be themselves. Inspiring others to learn, feeling free to express what they dont know does start with not playing a role I say. People are attracted to those dug into reality and feeling happy.
