Hi Folks,
On one of my Database SQL server Agent State is Change Pending..
Kindly help me anyone regarding to fix this issue..

When was the sql Restarted last time?

Have you installed a CU/SP? Has anything changed with the service account or where the agent logs are written to?
Have you tried simply restarting the service?

Restarting sql services will resolve the issue. But you need to find out, why it went change pending state.
If you can briefs us the activities performed, it will help us understand that.

I've fixed this issue by rebooting Windows server..

In our case someone removed the dll files on the binn directory. So we had to restore the dll files from the point in time when sql was up and running. we manage to sart the sql server.:w00t:
