Hi all,
I'm getting disk space error: drive has only 6 MB space.
I have checked the drive, the drive has only ldf of particular db and size of that file is 194gb
i'm going to shrink that file
any suggestions?

I cheked everything .
1) no active transactions
2) log_reuse_wait=log backup
we have a dialy backup at 10 pm

How often are you running log backups?

no log backups: only full backups

We know. We get that answer question 100 times a month. Which is why Gail wrote an amazing article on the topic which you should read ASAP.

Given that, and that the log reuse wait is 'Log Backup', what does it tell you?
