i want to deploy one report in ssrs
when ever i open reportservice configuration manage.then i connected report server instance then i connect repot server manger that time its not connect to internetexplored
and it ask username and pwd .and i also given usernames=sa
pwd=abc but it is not connect
plese tell me how to solve this problem

your question is not clear.
But I will answer based on 2 scenario:-
1) When you open RS Configiration Manager, it ask for server name and RS Instance name. Once you provide the details, it will connect via windows account using which you logged in system.
2) When you will try to open the reports url from browser then it will ask for account which have the permission to open the browser. Now you able to see the reports or not, depends on the account which is being used by browser have permission to see the reports or not.

You need to enter a Windows Account Login for browser permissions, not a SQL Server login.
Depending on how your report is setup, you may also need a SQL Login when you want to view the report.

who set up the SSRS instance, get them to check which windows users have access via report manager. By default local administrators have full admin access
