I noticed on one of our producation servers, when I login to integration service from SSMS, I can see under stored packages folder - file system - there is a folder setup and it has one SSIS package in it.
But our standard is to put the ssis packages to a designated drive E:\ssispacakges for all the deployed packages, that's all our production packages are.
So I guess it may be put there accidently by some developer, I found out the file system points to C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\90\DTS\Packages
Is it safe to delete it. I do find another copy of the same one on the E\ssispackages drive?

On SQL 2008 they are stored here:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\100\DTS\Packages "If you installed it on C:\"
Check your Integration Services Service Path to get to the package path.
