Hi,
We have a Printing issue in one of our report. The report prints fine in all our printers but couple of external customers having the printing issue. They are saying it prints black boxes instead letters. We are unable to reproduce the issue in our printers. They are using Xerox,Hp printers. In the report we are using "Arial","Normal",6.5 in the detail. The same users are able to print the other reports just this one report they are unable to print it properly. They are able to export it to PDF and printing from PDF works fine. When they are print directly from the report it is not printing. any suggestion or ideas like how to figure out the issue. it is kind of urgent. I really appericate your help.
Thanks
Ramesh Babu.

Are they perhaps running an older/outdated version of software? are they printing the rdl from Crystal or VB BI?
PDF is mostly universal so it will work.

we are using Citrix Server. All the users accessing the application via Citrix Server so they are accessing from my our server.
I checked all the versions and everything looks good on the server. The user are able to access the other reports fine. Just one or two reports causing it.
