How do you gather I/O, reads, writes from a process?

I am trying to get some benchmarks so I need to see how much I/O, reads, writes and so on are happening when certain stored procedures run. Does anyone know how I can gather this data?

Are there any specific DMV's that I could use to hep gather that information. Or if anyone knows of another way to get benchmarks that would be great. I am trying to get benchmarks for a few of our current proccesses then I am going to run those same processes on SSD's to what difference it makes. I am open to any suggestions.
