Open URL using T-SQL Code

    Hi All,

    Urgent Help is required frmo Excellent Group.

    I have one task in that i need to open URL every 60 Sec from server it self .. i have no permision to use XP_cmdshell system procedure.

    is there any way that i can open URL from SQL Server ? ( NO DOS COMMAND ).

    can i do same using SSIS Package?

    plz help me...
