I have a quick question, I've been a SQL Server 7.0/2000/2005/2008 DBA/Consultant for 11 years now (currently 28) and an independent contractor for the last 6 years working in the UK. I'm really keen to go and work for a while in the US, has anyone got any tips on the best way to approach this?
