  Can anyone suggest a remedy for this error?

  If I was to log it with Mircosoft what is the URL for that?

  Usually this message comes up on x64 servers there the sql service account doesn't have the right to "Lock pages in memory" or especially on a x64 standard edition, because there lock pages in memory doesn't work.
